Whatever you pushed last night, the website is a mess now. You were only supposed to add password recovery functionality to the pop-up chat, but the only password it will retrieve is yours! This is a massive security risk, not to mention extremely irresponsible! Why would you test the functionality on an admin account while pushing a public-facing patch? Now someone has gone in and made random changes to the website under your account, and deleted the change history so we don’t know what they did. We’ve revoked admin permissions on your accounts until we get this resolved, although don’t be surprised if you get an email from HR about this. This is extremely unprofessional!
