Dr. Kuhns is on paper the head of R&D, but in reality, she is the entire reason any of this works. She has PHDs in computer science and neurosciences, and pretty much built all of our infrastructure from the ground up. She is the reason why any of this works the way it does. If she is reporting something went wrong, that means it REALLY went wrong!
