I hope this message finds you well. As many of you know, our CEO, Dr. Edward Kimble, has been recovering from a heart condition. While we are pleased with his progress, it has become clear that he will need more time to fully recuperate before resuming his duties.
To ensure the continued smooth operation of our company, the Board of Directors has decided to hold a special meeting to appoint a temporary CEO. This meeting will be held on 2/24 at 2:30 PM in Meeting Room A. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and appoint an interim leader who will oversee our day-to-day operations until Dr. Kimble is able to return.
We understand the importance of stability during this time and are committed to making a thoughtful and timely decision. We encourage all relevant stakeholders to attend this meeting or to provide any input they deem necessary ahead of time.
