I need you to reach out to your… Friend… Something has gone wrong with the shards, they are behaving in ways that we never expected, and I think your friend might have something to do with it. Dr. Kuhns and Kumar swear up and down they have no idea why it is behaving like it is. I think your friend might’ve snuck in some code without us knowing.

I’m sorry, but I’m not getting any reply back from my friend. They probably went incognito to avoid FBI investigating, so that part is less a concern than whatever you think he might have added. That said, I’ve worked with this individual before, and I’ve never known them to pull anything like that. My guess is it is a holdover from the codes previous owners. Didn’t he grab all the documentation he could as well? Maybe read through that see if you can find any reason for the unpredictable behavior.
