I am pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has appointed Jeremy Solts as the Acting CEO of AITIS, effective immediately. This decision was made following a special meeting to ensure the continuity of leadership during Dr. Edward Kimble’s recovery.
Jeremy Solts has been a vital part of our leadership team for several years, serving most recently as the Chief Operating Officer. His deep understanding of our business and strong leadership skills make him the ideal candidate to guide us through this transitional period.
Jeremy will assume all CEO responsibilities while Dr. Kimble focuses on his recovery. We are confident in Jeremy’s ability to lead AITIS with the same dedication and vision that have been the hallmark of our company under Dr. Kimble’s guidance.
